We are in network with all KY Medicaid (Avesis-Wellcare, Aenta Better Health, Humana/Dentaquest-Anthem-Passport/KY Traditional Medicaid/UHC Community Plan Medicaid), Wellcare Medicare. Commercial Plans-Metlife, all Delta Dental, Aetna, HRI, Cigna, Anthem PPO and Medicare, Humana PPO and Medicare, Liberty Dental, Dentemax, UHC PPO and Medicare, Guardian.

Kare Mobile works with most dental plans. We are in-network with all major PPO plans, as well as select HMO  plans.
